  As the secondary caregiver for my friends pet II am appalled at what I can only describe as being in the finance office at a car dealership. When an estimate to get a dog spayed is given it should include all fees, the pain management meds, the collar to prevent her from chewing at the incision, to the post op medications, instead the bill was not even close to the quoted estimate. As her owner put it, I don't mind paying for services rendered but tell me the total upfront so I can budget for it accordingly, instead I am at least $100 over what I had budgeted for and being on a fixed income this has placed me in a bad spot. This clinic also has no regard for privacy as I was given another patients record to include the owners address. This inconsistency and turn over in Staff has me looking for another Vet to handle my dogs future needs. As I am in agreement with the owner I would be looking for another Vet to handle any of her future medical needs.

  Extremely overpriced for horrid services. Wanted to put a dog down because of a cut paw, or make us pay $8000 for 8 stitches. Another experience we had was they wanted to charge us for an unneeded overnight stay to giving him medication that we could (and did) do ourselves. Giving him the medication was an additional cost on top of the medication price, as well as various other things.
