- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff was super slow and really seem to not care about patients. Didn't have answers to the simple questions I asked, didnt know anything about Red Cross and didnt try to find out. The service was so bad i got up and walked out. I couldnt drive to JBER Er because of the snow so now im stuck at home with no one to help care for me and im still in pain with no answers on my condition. I went to this er twice, the first time they were taking everyone to the back before me, even people that were fine, the second time I waited 6 hrs just come home and possible die in my sleep. My husband is terrified because theres nothing he can do due to him being away for the military. Horrible place.November 02, 2017by Jervece White
